Delivery Service Policy

1) Delivery Lead-Time
Upon success ordering online, you will receive a confirmation from us within 2 business days with your order details. Updates of inventory status and estimated delivery window will be provided. Delivery usually takes between 7-60 days depends on inventory status.  


2) Delivery Cost
Please kindly note that all delivery fees quoted here are for reference only and are subject to change depending on the actual circumstances. The delivery cost calculation is based on the total amount of each order.

Door to Door Service: Door-to-door service is available at a designated delivery fee depending on the delivery location.

( Extra delivery fee for other locations is not included at check-out. Please prepare to pay upon delivery. )

Premium Installation Service: Premium Service may be provided upon request with additional charges. The Service includes dismantling of packaging, assembly of products and removal of all package trash. (We provide additional old furniture disposal service.*) The above service can be selected in each product page. Please refer to the respective product webpage for actual fees required for the installation service.



All delivery services are restricted to the following conditions:
Delivery rescheduling needs to be made 3 days in advance of the original delivery date. Late notification will result in a $200 penalty.

Walk-up surcharge per item shall apply for delivery locations with staircase entrance only or item(s) not transportable using the lift at your residential building because of its size. The walk-up fee varies according to the size of the delivered item and the number of stairs required walking-up.
For Bed, Sofa, Dining table, book shelves and cabinets, $300 will be charged for every floor. For other items, $50 will be charged for every floor.
Additional Service Fee may be charged at the time of delivery by the courier(s), if 1) wooden boards must be laid for the lobby/walkway, and/or 2) the courier vehicle is unable to reach the delivery address requiring additional travel by foot of 50-metre or more than 3 minutes.

*Disposal of old furniture service

With the purchase of our furniture, you may enjoy our old furniture disposal service with additional charges.

  • Disposal service provided by Ziinlife has to be arranged 3 days before delivery.
  • Customers are required to send the details of the old furniture with photos to us at or +852 52811604.
  • Disposal services may not applicable in some special conditions, please contact us for more details.
  • Disposal charge is based on the sizes and gross weight and may differ according to the specific conditions.
  • Charges are implemented by the agent for its services.
  • Ziinlife accepts no liability for the disposed furniture.
  • Ziinlife reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.

3) Refund and Exchanges
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
  • Customers of our Hong Kong store cannot process returns or exchanges at our mainland China locations, and vice versa.
  • This return or exchange policy does not apply to items that have been assembled, opened, or damaged, or to items purchased at a special discounted price.
  • The original shipping fee is not refundable 
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • We will charge a service fee of HKD $1200 for returns or exchanges.

Ziinlife Designs reserves the right to interpret and revise the terms and conditions of the listed services.

  • 如對購買的貨品不滿意,請在收貨確認7天內,聯絡我們辦理退貨或更換手續。
  • 香港分店顧客不能到ziinlife 國內辦理退貨或更換手續,反之亦然。
  • 此退貨或更換安排,不適用於曾經組裝、已拆包裝或損毀的貨品、特價陳列品。
  • 原單的送貨費用不能退款
  • 退款將以付款形式支付。
  • 退貨或換貨服務,我們將收取港幣$1200的服務費

4) Operation and arrangement under bad weather
In case of bad weather, our showroom, customer support hotline, delivery service and arrangement will be temporarily closed and suspended. Bad weather condition includes rain with thunderstorm, when typhoon signal No.8 or higher is hoisted, a black rainstorm warning is in effect; when flooding occurs or roads are blocked or closed. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged at no additional charge.
