我們採用西方的設計手法，兼具東西方設計美學，簡潔而含蓄地表達出具有東方韻味的作品。整把椅子在結構上，將福州龍舟的龍頭形式抽象化，提取出椅子的扶手、坐面及靠背之間的形式關係。我們對椅子的尺度反复推敲，使其在符合人機工學理論的基礎上更加舒適。
